Early route
Leave Iosefka’s Clinic for Central Yharnam. Explore shortcuts, face Father Gascoigne at the Tomb of Oedon, then open Cathedral Ward. Cleric Beast is an optional early fight; the route to Vicar Amelia is the next main progression gate.

Middle and late route
