How to Start Bloodborne: The Old Hunters DLC

   Finish the Cathedral Ward boss encounter.

   Examine the altar

   Interact with the altar in the Grand Cathedral to change the time of day.

   Collect the Eye

   Return to the Hunter’s Dream and take the Eye of a Blood-Drunk Hunter from the messenger.

   Enter the expansion

   From Oedon Chapel, take the left exit; in the square, move to the right side to trigger the event.

The official PlayStation Store page identifies The Old Hunters as Bloodborne add-on content. It opens a separate set of areas and encounters. This access guide does not prescribe a character level or claim a complete boss and weapon checklist from the captured store text.
